The National Employment and Training Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence, aimed at cooperation in institutional development, supporting excellence and innovation, and promoting sustainable development. The agreement seeks to strengthen institutional capacity-building, foster creativity, and improve performance and services in line with best practices and international standards.
The agreement was signed by Brigadier General Ashraf Alimat, Director General of the National Employment and Training Company, and Eng. Mohammad Al-Qudah, Acting Executive Director of the Center.
The memorandum aims to implement specialized training programs and workshops, exchange expertise, data, and technical resources in the fields of vocational and technical training, institutional development, quality management, and performance measurement, in addition to conducting surveys related to the requirements of the Jordanian labor market.
Brigadier General Ashraf Alimat emphasized that this step comes within the vision of the National Employment and Training Company to strengthen strategic partnerships with specialized national institutions, in order to create an enabling environment for excellence and to develop national competencies that serve the Jordanian labor market.
For his part, Eng. Al-Qudah expressed his pride in this partnership, stressing the importance of complementarity between both parties in supporting the development process by promoting a culture of excellence and stimulating effective institutional performance.
This agreement comes as part of the commitment of both sides to strengthen joint institutional cooperation in the public interest, contributing to improved service quality, supporting a professional work environment, and reinforcing the role of vocational training as a cornerstone in achieving comprehensive national development.
