Yousef Abu Ghreganeh, 27, with a diploma in Electromechanical Maintenance, found himself uncertain about his career direction in a shifting job market. When he discovered the Center of Excellence for Logistics at ANVT, he saw an opportunity to adapt to the evolving needs of employers. "The training introduced me to a whole new field, expanding my career possibilities," he shares. Through ANVT’s program, Yousef gained valuable skills in logistics support, equipping him for roles he hadn’t previously considered. Shortly after completing the program, he was hired by Kanzen Industrial Sewing Company in June, 2023 as a logistics officer after completing his On Job Training and demonstrating his skills and efficiency . At 24, Emad Al-Khataybeh had already gained hands-on experience in the welding field. "I realized this program could refine my skills and update my knowledge with modern techniques," he recalls, hoping to earn an occupational certificate that would solidify his qualifications Emad found the training experience exceptionally rewarding, particularly due to the support of the skilled trainers and the well-structured curriculum, which provided him with both practical and theoretical insights. In June 2024, he secured a position as a technician welder with the Modern Aluminum Systems Company, where he now applies his enhanced skills in a professional setting.
