This program, developed by Aqaba's experts, provides in-depth knowledge of welding principles, techniques, and safety protocols. Participants will master the operation of welding equipment, interpret welding symbols, and perform processes such as MIG, TIG, arc, and oxyacetylene welding.

Through practical hands-on sessions paired with theoretical insights, the program builds confidence and expertise in producing high-quality welds. Emphasizing metallurgy, inspection methods, and welding procedure specifications (WPS), this training ensures participants are well-equipped to meet industry standards.

Upon completion, participants will be skilled welders and safety-conscious professionals, ready to excel in the modern welding industry.

  • Develop Expertise in occupational safety, health, and environmental sustainability.
  • Master the identification of welding types, specifications for weld joints, and appropriate selection of welding wires based on technical drawings.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of welding techniques set up and operate manual arc welding machines, oxy-acetylene welding equipment, and MIG/TIG welding machines, including the adjustment of gas regulators and flame control.
  • Develop skills in executing various welding processes such as carbon steel and cast iron, in multiple positions (flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead), and complete post-welding tasks like grinding and finishing
  • Develop foundational skills in ICT and English.
  • Obtain practical skills and hands-on experience through on-the-job training (OJT).
  • Showcase abilities to potential employers during OJT.
  • Earn an official certification to boost employability.

Youth aged 18-30 years, including:

Career guidance and counseling include assisting individuals in developing job search strategies, preparing resumes, and training for personal interviews, which increases their chances of obtaining suitable jobs and achieving professional advancement. Moreover, this training contributes to enhancing self-confidence and achieving job satisfaction, positively reflecting on individuals' productivity and professional performance.

Foundational skills in English and computer studies (ICT) are essential for preparing students for the job market by providing them with key abilities. Proficiency in English enables students to communicate effectively in multicultural environments and unlocks numerous opportunities. ICT skills ensure proficiency in using basic technological tools, enhancing productivity and innovation. Additionally, life skills play a crucial role in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. Integrating these courses into educational curricula equips students for a successful professional future that aligns with the demands of the digital and globalized age.

On-job-job training (OJT) is a crucial step for enabling trainees to master the professional skills they have learned in a real-world environment. Moreover, this experience also boosts self-confidence as trainees encounter real challenges and learn how to handle them effectively. Additionally, this training provides an opportunity to interact with colleagues and supervisors, helping to build a strong professional network and increasing the chances of future career success.

Upon completing their vocational training and obtaining a professional license, our trainees are fully equipped to excel in their chosen fields. To further enhance their career prospects, we offer dedicated job placement support for six months, connecting them with opportunities in the local market. Many trainees successfully secure positions with the organizations where they completed their on-the-job training.
