Designed by experts familiar with the local job market in Aqaba, this electric vehicle training program aims to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge for repairing electric vehicles, with a strong emphasis on safety procedures.

The curriculum introduces a comprehensive maintenance model that covers both low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems, mechanical tasks, and electronic controls. By integrating practical demonstrations with theoretical lessons, the program provides trainees with in-depth insights into electric vehicle repair and critical safety protocols. This holistic approach not only enhances participants' technical abilities but also prepares them to effectively address the challenges of the evolving automotive landscape, ensuring they meet the growing demand for clean and efficient automotive technology.

Target Group

Youth aged 18-30 years, including:

• Recent university graduates
• Recent community college graduates
• Holders of the General Secondary Certificate (pass) from various specialties
• Graduates of various vocational training foundation programs

Duration of the Program

Total duration: 800 hours, spread over 6 month

Program Contents

First Stage: CGC 

Career guidance and counseling include assisting individuals in developing job search strategies, preparing resumes, and training for personal interviews, which increases their chances of obtaining suitable jobs and achieving professional advancement. Moreover, this training contributes to enhancing self-confidence and achieving job satisfaction, positively reflecting on individuals' productivity and professional performance.

Second stage: Foundational Skills

Foundational skills in English and computer studies (ICT) are essential for preparing students for the job market by providing them with key abilities. Proficiency in English enables students to communicate effectively in multicultural environments and unlocks numerous opportunities. ICT skills ensure proficiency in using basic technological tools, enhancing productivity and innovation. Additionally, life skills play a crucial role in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. Integrating these courses into educational curricula equips students for a successful professional future that aligns with the demands of the digital and globalized age.

Third stage: Training

• Suspension and Steering System Inspection and Maintenance of Electric Vehicles.
• Drivetrain Systems Maintenance of Electric Vehicles.
• Inspection and Maintenance of Additional and Comfort Systems in Electric Vehicles.
• Air Conditioning System Inspection and Maintenance of Electric Vehicles.
• Electric Vehicle Systems Inspection Using Diagnostic Devices.
• Electric Vehicle Systems Adjustment According to the Manufacturer's Manual.
• Programming and Maintenance of the High-Voltage System.

Fourth stage: OJT

On-job-job training (OJT) is a crucial step for enabling trainees to master the professional skills they have learned in a real-world environment. Through partnerships with the private sector, we ensure trainees can apply theoretical knowledge practically in diverse companies, enhancing their understanding and proficiency in their profession. Moreover, this experience also boosts self-confidence as trainees encounter real challenges and learn how to handle them effectively. Additionally, this training provides an opportunity to interact with colleagues and supervisors, helping to build a strong professional network and increasing the chances of future career success.

Fifth stage: Employment

Upon completing their vocational training and obtaining a professional license, our trainees are fully equipped to excel in their chosen fields. To further enhance their career prospects, we offer dedicated job placement support for six months, connecting them with opportunities in the local market. Many trainees successfully secure positions with the organizations where they completed their on-the-job training. By fostering these valuable connections, we help our trainees swiftly achieve their career goals while meeting the increasing market demand for specialized skills.

After successfully completing the program, each trainee acquires a Skilled-level occupational license from Technical and Vocational Skills Development Commission (TVSDC) and a competency certificate from National Employment and Training (NET).
