Strategic Partnership in Artificial Intelligence: National Employment and Training Company Signs Memorandum of Understanding with U.S.-based OpsHeaven Technologies

In a step that reflects a strategic orientation toward integrating advanced technologies into vocational training programs, the National Employment and Training Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding with OpsHeaven Technologies LLC, a U.S.-based leader in artificial intelligence. The company is headed by Dr. Eng. Hamza Al-Sarhan, an academic at George Washington University and a globally recognized expert in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.

Brigadier General Ashraf Mohammed Alimat, Director General of the National Employment and Training Company, stressed that this agreement represents a qualitative shift in the company’s path toward keeping pace with global technological advancements by developing specialized training programs in artificial intelligence that align with the needs of both local and regional markets. He added that the partnership with a technology firm of OpsHeaven’s caliber, which also has a regional presence in Jordan through its office in Amman, opens new horizons for Jordanian youth to refine their skills and engage in future-oriented professions.

The memorandum aims to design and implement advanced technical training programs, supervised by a distinguished group of experts, within a modern training environment that includes state-of-the-art computer labs and hands-on practical training in artificial intelligence.

According to the agreement, the U.S. company will provide training programs in line with the latest international standards and supply trainers and specialists, while the National Employment and Training Company will provide infrastructure, facilities, and logistical support, in addition to recruiting trainees. The first phase of the program will be launched at the Center of Excellence in Mafraq Governorate.

Dr. Hamza Al-Sarhan expressed his pride in collaborating with a national institution considered one of the Kingdom’s leading training providers. He emphasized that this step reflects his company’s commitment to contributing to the development of Jordanian human capital capable of leading the technological future of the region.

This memorandum is part of a broader national vision aimed at aligning vocational training with the actual needs of the labor market, through strategic partnerships with international institutions of proven expertise and competence, in line with the vision and directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, may God protect them.
